After graduating from Phillips Exeter Academy and Harvard College, (BS in Psychology & Social Relations) various work experiences included in-patient psychiatric counseling for emotionally disturbed children, restaurant management, small business ownership, business brokerage and sales in home décor products. My clients have commented that I’ve served as a sounding board, advisor and negotiator in their behalf. This is a gratifying tribute as I strive to be an excellent listener and aggressive advocate of my client’s best interests, while producing a “win-win” completion to a deal that enhances all the parties.

We had a great experience working with Bob Murray.

As first time home buyers, we were challenging clients and tentative about working with a realtor. After our first trip around Portsmouth with Bob to look at properties, we knew that he would support us through the process and signed him as our agent. Bob made us feel comfortable and let us know that he would not pressure us into making a decision and that it was his job for us to be happy in the end with our home. Bob followed through on this promise.

Bob’s willingness to go the extra mile for his clients was evident every step of the way. He made sure we were aware of every property in our price range & paid close attention to our likes and dislikes. Bob never pressured us and came to negotiations with a number of potential approaches and options. Of course, we always had a few ideas of our own, which Bob willingly incorporated.

Bob was respectful, patient and showed class in all of his dealings.
