Louis & Aphrodite Georgopoulos were former owners of Points East Properties before Coldwell banker purchased their real estate company in 1999.

Louis has been a real estate broker for 43 years and holds licenses in NH, Maine, and Florida. He was a multi-million dollar top producer in the Seacoast area every year, and continued as one of Coldwell Banker's Top Producers, nationwide.

Louis Georgopoulos is a UNH graduate with a B. S. in Business and server 13 years as a Trustee for the University System of New Hampshire. He was a charter member of Bedford Bank and Chairman of the Board.

Louis served 6 years as a Manchester Alderman from Ward 1, and 6 years as a Governor's Council in District 4. He was also a founder and coach of Manchester East Little League and also President of the North Little League. He is a member of Abenqui Country Club and Country Club of Boca Raton, Florida.

Aphrodite Georgopoulos has been a real estate agent for 19 years and served on the Real Estate Commission of NH for 7 years and was chairwoman of The Statues of Women for 4 years.
